Educational Outreach and Workforce Training

Our company has been providing comprehensive educational outreach with respect to the benefits of renewable energy technologies in cooperation with URI, Cape Cod Community College and non-profit organizations such as Waquoit Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, and Woods Hole Research Center.  We have provided continuing education training workshops and seminars at the college and regional technical schools some of which were funded by an environmental technology grant from the National Science Foundation.

Our focus is to develop renewable energy and to provide workforce training for renewable technologies.  A tool we have used for educational outreach is a renewable energy demonstration trailer which has been constructed for schools and events.  The demonstration trailer includes a working wind turbine, solar photovoltaic and thermal systems.

Clean Energy Design advocates supporting the local economy.  We utilize locally based subcontractors and vendors and believe in supporting local businesses.
